MY SCHEDULE




So some of my struggles stem from being a very OCD person about having a schedule. If my workout doesn’t fit onto my schedule, sometimes I can go a 10-14 days without working out. I’m really looking into not doing that anymore. I want to try and start a new schedule as follows:

Ideally:

4:00AM-Wake up

4-5:30AM- Workout/Yoga

6AM- Shower

6:7:30- Get ready & eat breakfast

8AM-12:00PM- Work Work Work

12:00PM-1PM- Lunch

1:00PM-5:00PM- Work Work Work

6:00PM- Dinner

6:00-8:00- Play with Kayson and Hang out with Cory

(make stuff that makes you money, outside activities)

8:00- BATH & BEDb

REPEAT UNTIL SATURDAY & SUNDAY

Starting this 7/30/20

My weekend schedules will be similar….
